Responsibilities
Constant communication with the clients (email, chat, calls)
Constant communication with development, accounting and back office teams
Maintaining project paperwork, including drafting contracts and other documents and invoicing
Lots of working with numbers and data
Lots of writing and presentation work
Participation in meetings (ceremonies) with the client as well as internal company activities, reporting and results presentation
Conflict resolution and incident response
Sales team support during the pre-sales, discovery and launch phases of the client’s project
Client support during project execution and completion
Identifying, collection and discussion of the client needs
Monitoring and controlling each client satisfaction and total NPS of all the company's clients
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales or customer service (minimum 2 years)
Superb communication, presentation and analytical skills
Ability to empathize, love for teamwork
Stress tolerance and decent facilitator skills
Knowledge, understanding and willingness to work according to Agile principles
Attention to detail
Mathematical ability
Ability to work with office suite
Self-education skills
English B2 (or higher)
B.Sc (or higher)
