Responsibilities
Managing the company profile on Upwork
Searching for relevant job offers
Writing cover letters and general communication with clients
Supporting client communication with corporate materials
Communicating identified needs to the sales team
Filling out client cards in CRM and updating statuses
Organizing calls
Performance analysis and reporting
Qualifications
Higher education (Bachelor's, Master's) or student (please note, the work is full-time (8h))
Outstanding communication skills
Experience in b2b negotiations
Fluent English spoken and written
Analytical skills ( to calculate conversions and cost of leads, create budgets, build reports)
Experience with sales toolset (CRM, email, Linkedin, task tracker, time tracker)
