Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather detailed product and business requirements.
Documentation: Create comprehensive epics, user stories, and detailed descriptions of functionality to guide the development team.
Workshops: Participate in and sometimes facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.
Tender Documentation: Process tender documentation requirements accurately and ensure all necessary information is compiled and submitted on time.
Tender Proposals: Prepare detailed and compelling tender proposals that highlight our company’s strengths, capabilities, and understanding of client needs.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Understanding of Product Development (Auth, User Flows, web/mobile specifics, etc)
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including epics and user stories.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
