Responsibilities
Analyzing existing technological solutions and evaluating their potential for implementation in traditional businesses
Monitoring the latest trends and innovations in the technology sector
Conducting interviews and surveys to identify customer needs and problems
Gathering feedback at the earliest stages of product or service development
Analyzing collected data to adjust and improve offerings
Collecting client requirements, analyzing their business processes, and understanding their needs alongside the Tech Pre-Sale Team
Maintaining constant communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and adjusting solutions based on their feedback
Sustaining and developing long-term relationships with clients
Collaborating with the PO, PM, BA, and Solution Architect teams to develop and implement solutions
Finalizing the preparation of technical documentation and reports for clients (task managed by the account manager, with minor oversight from ICS)
Formatting documents into a presentable form with the designer, if necessary
Professionally managing personal social media accounts to draw attention to the company's activities
Creating content, engaging with the audience, and promoting innovative solutions
Identifying potential leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Corresponding with potential leads, establishing initial contacts, and progressing to business negotiations
Attending relevant conferences and online meetups for learning and attracting potential clients
Conducting training sessions for potential clients at events
Organizing and participating in the planning of such events
Supporting the technical team in preparing instructions and training client employees, staying informed about the client's project
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for evaluating technological solutions and business processes
Experience in conducting customer development activities, including interviews and surveys
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their needs
Proficiency in preparing and finalizing technical documentation and reports
Competence in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
Ability to identify and pursue potential leads effectively
Experience in organizing and participating in industry events and training sessions
Basic technical knowledge to support the preparation of instructions and training for clients
