Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments
• Partner with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed; prepare and present comprehensive status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all parties
• Drive innovative practices and continuous improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes
• Manage and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in hardware production or manufacturing
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of hardware production processes, supply chain management, and quality control
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly advantageous

• Employment by individual entrepreneur/self-employment contract without the need to be based in a specific location.
