Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager and take charge of leading large-scale hardware production projects. This role is ideal for a leader with expertise in hardware production, supply chain management, and quality control, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Partner with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed; prepare and present comprehensive status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all parties
Drive innovative practices and continuous improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes
Manage and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years in project management, with at least 3 years in hardware production or manufacturing
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of hardware production processes, supply chain management, and quality control
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities
Advanced problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are highly advantageous

Employment by individual entrepreneur/self-employment contract without the need to be based in a specific location.
