Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications
Organize and participate in employer branding activities such as job fairs, online campaigns, and social media recruitment
Assist in onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
Provide guidance on HR policies and processes to employees and managers
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and culture-building activities
Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and preparing reports
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Recruiter (2 Years preferred)
Strong expertise in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs
English language (Fluent)
