Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather detailed product and business requirements
• Create comprehensive epics, user stories, and detailed descriptions of functionality to guide the development team
• Participate in and sometimes facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment on project goals
• Process tender documentation requirements accurately and ensure all necessary information is compiled and submitted on time
• Prepare detailed and compelling tender proposals that highlight our company’s strengths, capabilities, and understanding of client needs

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Understanding of Product Development (Auth, User Flows, web/mobile specifics, etc)
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including epics and user stories
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Any of Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc) certifications will be a huge plus
• Understanding of software development principles and technologies
