Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools
Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor project performance metrics and create detailed reports for stakeholders
Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges
Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities
Organize and support project-related meetings, workshops, and reviews
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management practices
Qualifications
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a PMO or project management role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification - Nice to have
Experience in sectors such as Banking, Telecommunications, Insurance, Public, or Retail

Employment by individual entrepreneur/self-employment contract without the need to be based in a specific location
