Responsibilities
Develop and enhance features for the Mortgage Application using XFrame2 and related technologies
Work with Java 7, Angular, SOAP/REST services, and Oracle DB to implement and maintain solutions
Ensure compatibility with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 7.0 and IBM Portal Server
Utilize JSF 2.0, JPA 2.0, and Spring 3.0 for UI and backend development
Implement web services using Apache CXF 2.4 and integrate with existing systems
Develop Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB 3.0) and leverage Spring Batch for batch processing
Collaborate with team members to maintain source control using GIT
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Java development
Strong knowledge of Java 7 and XFrame2 framework
Experience with SOAP and REST web services
Proficiency in Angular for frontend development
Expertise in Oracle DB for database management and queries
Familiarity with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 7.0 and IBM Portal Server
Hands-on experience with JSF 2.0, JPA 2.0, and Spring 3.0
Experience with Apache CXF 2.4 for web services development
Understanding of EJB 3.0 and Spring Batch for enterprise application processing
Proficiency in GIT for version control and collaboration
Experience working in financial or mortgage-related applications - Nice to have
Knowledge of RSA 7.5.5 or higher for development - Nice to have
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Nice to have
Background in IBM portal development and portlet generation
