Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for company partners (primarily international)
Communicate with partners via email and other channels to maintain warm, ongoing relationships
Send gifts and greetings for holidays, birthdays, and other special occasions
Organize and coordinate partner events (both online and offline)
Support the growth of the partner network and help convert relationships into new client contracts
Keep records of partner interactions and follow-ups
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with business goals
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage several relationships simultaneously
Basic understanding of the IT outsourcing business
