Responsibilities

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a strong history of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project timelines.
• Skilled in analyzing project risks, identifying potential pitfalls, and recommending effective solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead and participate in project initiation, execution, monitoring, and controlling phases.
• Facilitate communication between all involved parties, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined and progress is tracked.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring all activities are documented and resources are effectively coordinated.
• Prepare and review tender documentation, working closely with the team to ensure compliance with RFP requirements.
• Contribute to the pre-sales process by assisting with proposal development and providing project-related insights.
• Manage the project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
