Assembly Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drone assembly.
• Flashing and configuring drone components (FC, ESC, etc.).
• Initial parameter setup and calibration.
• Verifying correct installation and conducting bench tests.
• Flashing and configuring ELRS systems.
• Preparing for flight tests (checking batteries, charging stations, and toolkits).
• Operate a 3D printer using ready-made models and ensure print quality control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in assembling and configuring FPV and commercial drones.
• Proficiency with ArduPilot and Betaflight firmware, including parameter tuning, flashing, and debugging.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly manuals.
• Strong soldering skills and experience working with small electronic components.
• Practical knowledge of ESCs, flight controllers, GPS modules, VTX systems, power distribution, and compasses.
• Basic understanding of aerodynamics and quadcopter flight principles.
• Familiarity with essential tools such as a multimeter and soldering station.
• Proven troubleshooting skills (short-circuit detection, power testing, sensor calibration).
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work according to technical requirements.
• Nice to have: experience in building high-speed drones, integrating autopilot systems, 3D printing components, and assembling custom frames.
