Project / Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of a next-generation financial ecosystem. As PM, you will coordinate a distributed team of frontend, blockchain, DevOps, compliance, and QA engineers, as well as external legal and financial partners, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of a secure and compliant financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
• Coordinate workstreams across blockchain, custody, Proof-of-Reserve, compliance, and user-facing applications.
• Ensure integration of custody infrastructure, and regulatory compliance mechanisms.
• Facilitate communication across distributed, cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, legal, finance).
• Manage project scope, risks, and timelines, ensuring delivery within agreed budget and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, reports, and compliance deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/fintech/blockchain projects, with at least one large-scale blockchain or financial infrastructure project delivered.
• Strong knowledge of modern backend and blockchain architectures.
• Experience with financial compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, geographically distributed teams across technical and non-technical domains.
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies (scrum, backlog management, sprint planning, velocity tracking, risk mitigation).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+).
