Web3 Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Web3 Engineer to join our team developing a next-generation financial infrastructure platform built on blockchain. You will design and implement smart contracts, token protocols, and blockchain integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance readiness. The role requires strong expertise in Ethereum ecosystem development and a passion for building secure and transparent decentralized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts (upgradeable token standards, governance mechanisms).
• Implement integrations with oracle networks and external data providers.
• Develop solutions for L1 and L2 interoperability and scaling.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Write clean, auditable, and well-documented smart contracts.
• Ensure adherence to Web3 security best practices through reviews and testing.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and support roadmap development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain/Web3 development.
• Strong knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem (EVM, Solidity, ERC standards).
• Experience with L2 scaling solutions (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon).
• Familiarity with oracle networks and off-chain data integration.
• Understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, or tokenized assets.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for tooling and integrations.
• Strong Git/GitHub and CI/CD workflow knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
