We are seeking a part-time QA Lead to oversee and enhance the quality assurance process across our current software products and QA team operations. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic and hands-on expertise to review product quality, QA workflows, and documentation standards ensuring consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all QA activities

Responsibilities

• Product Quality Review:
• Perform a structured review of existing products to identify QA gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Provide a written report with clear, actionable recommendations for enhancing product stability, test coverage, and release readiness.
• QA Team Oversight:
• Review QA engineers’ work in Jira, including test cases, bug reports, and regression results.
• Evaluate testing thoroughness, reporting accuracy, and prioritization of issues.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to QA engineers.
• Process & Documentation Review:
• Analyze current QA workflows, test documentation, and delivery pipelines.
• Develop or update QA guidelines, templates, and checklists to standardize quality assurance across projects.
• Propose optimizations for manual and automated testing practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including 2+ years in a Lead or Senior QA role.
• Proven experience with QA process setup, test documentation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, test strategy design, and release management.
• Experience reviewing or mentoring other QA engineers.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills in English.
• Part-time availability (approx. 10–20 hours/week).
