Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, execution, monitoring, and control phases
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders for clarity and alignment
• Organize and lead project meetings, defining objectives and tracking progress
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and coordinate resources
• Prepare/review tender documentation, ensuring RFP compliance
• Support pre-sales: develop proposals and provide project insights
• Manage scope, schedule, resources for on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing companies, with proven track record of successful project delivery
• Expertise in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project timelines
• Skilled in analyzing project risks, identifying pitfalls, and recommending solutions
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal) to manage stakeholder expectations
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2+ level)
• Thrives in high-pressure environments with heavy workloads and multiple parallel projects
