The platform needed distinct, high-quality journeys for clients and talents while meeting strict security and verification standards. Key complexity: building a trusted talent database (profiles, galleries, social links) plus fast search/filtering (age, skills, appearance) inside a structured casting flow from brief creation to confirmation.
Solutions
Designed a dual-sided platform architecture with three roles and permissions (Client / Talent / Admin).
Built the talent experience: registration, profile creation, photo/video uploads, social media linking, and profile validation.
Built the client experience: step-by-step casting project creation, advanced search and filters, shortlist management, offers, and confirmation tracking.
Delivered an admin layer for operational control: profile verification, moderation, and data security oversight.
Implemented in a continuous development model using Vue.js + Django/Python, supported by QA and post-deployment support.
